“The one thing we weren’t stressed about before the wedding was the photos.
After having viewed Julia’s earlier wedding stories we felt certain she would
do an outstanding job, and our high expectations were met.
Every step of the way, from first contact and planning before the wedding, to the actual day,
she was kind and professional. During the day we hardly noticed her before it was late at
night and time for her to go. We couldn’t be happier with the story she delivered from our day.”
Being met with such trust from day one, made it a pure joy for me to tell the story of Frida and Mikael’s wedding day.
Taking place on the Åland Islands during the last weekend of summer, there was an abundance of beauty to capture. Early morning reparations in the one of Mariehamns oldest buildings. Portraits under the hazel nut trees at Ramsholmen. Ceremony in the the old Lumparland church and a sunlit celebration at Skeppargården Pellas. While my only job was to take it all in and turn it into a story, Frida, Mikael and their guests were free to sit back and just enjoy.
This is what I love most about documenting weddings. That I get to focus on capturing beauty and warmth, while knowing that these are more than just pretty phots to the people in them. With time, these will be memories, and with your trust I will give my all to tell the story.
I only have room for six more weddings for the entire year of 2020, so be sure to get in touch if you’d want me to tell the story from your celebration. Book within November and get 2020’s full day wedding package (including 100 more photos) to the lower 2019 price.
