Emma and Joel got married three years ago and I celebrated with them, capturing the story of the day. We haven’t had a chance to meet since so I was so happy to hear from them with the great news that they were expecting their family to grow. With their lives about to change it was time to meet again and celebrate once more.
This time it was more of an intimate affair with less dancing and cake but with perhaps equally many hugs and kisses crammed into a one our session, limited by the chilling temperatures. But with no wind the winter sun really felt warm your skin as you leaned on the old barns in the museum area of Stundars. I have always prefered the cold and even Emma who is usually chilly enjoyed the low temperatures thanks to the baby warming her heart and soul. It’s hard not to get cheesy when things are this idyllic and I really haven’t got more to say than a big congratulations to this wonderful family now when their baby girl is here.
